Hi Donal,

As you were asking for fedback on Neales Malted Grains... I got some Marris Otter and Crystal from you for my last brew. It was an update of a Pale Ale Recipe I had previously done using Youngs Malts.

Had to say I was pretty happy with results, seemed comparable with anything I've used in the past. In fact the Pale Ale has now become the House Brew, largely becasue I made a balls of the recipe and created an IPA, far stronger and hoppier than my intention. Happilly use them again!

Did anyone else try to use this offer and not recieve the discount. I pm'd Donal a few times on this with no reply before I decided to post this.
I was going to make an order for supplies anyway and this offer decided me to use Donals shop, not for the first time.
I used the offer on the day advertised but recieved no discount or as advertised "suprise"
I'm quiet annoyed at this and would like to bring it to the attention of others.

i had same issue with the discount. I asked for, and got, a surprise - it was handier than refunding 2.80. Think i got a pack of challenger hops. I'd say he just forgot to throw yours in and his absence is just a mis-fortunate coinsadence - he's not that active on here. Id say he'll look after you when he realises.
