Not actually interested meself, as I have a good few kgs of extract in stock and plan to go all-grain after that. But someone is definitely gonna get a big time bargain.

I find keeping a bit of extract about is handy for starters even when doing all grain, I just cold crash them and pour the beer off.

My wife is annoying me about it being in the way( along With about 20kg of grain) so need rid of it... The married members among us will know why <!-- s;-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s;-) -->

Everything here is in the way, I understand that aspect.
