Any Spare Co2 bottles about 15 years 8 months ago #1

Has anyone a spare Co2 bottle they'd like to sell? I went to Doyle and Doyle and the tread on my regulator doesn't fit the standard fire extinguisher thread. Norman doesn't have any in stock either. So if anyone has one to sell drop us a PM.

Where did you get the regulator? I got a regulator and tank from Norm and then got a fire extinguisher from D & D and it fits.

I think I remember one of the other guys having an issue with a non-standard regulator and then sourced an attachment that fitted the standard tanks. Maybe one of the guys will reply about this.

You might have a regulator for mixed gas (CO2 & Nitrogen). Most of the pub regulators are now mixed gas and they won't fit a 'standard' CO2 bottle.

Not sure if its a pub reg..I bought it from Geoff in B and C. The guy in D and D didn't want to have anything to do with the regulator in case he damaged it. Norm just got back to me to say he has some canisters. I'm hopeing my reg will work with his.

The regulator I got from Norm fits my little co2 bottle, also from Norm. It also fits my standard red co2 bottle that I got from D&D.
Unless Norm is getting you a non-standard then it will not be any good to you.

If you bought it from Geoff it should be fine, do you want to post a photo? You should be able to screw it onto the thread and then tighten with a spanner or wrench.
