Will be putting in an order for more wyeast soon. It had been suggested to put it on here before I order to see if there are any special requests. So if there are any requests?

Three you wont find on the usual list from the special summer collection are:

Rasenmäher (lawnmower) Lagerbier makes its debut as an excellent strain for your summer lagers.
Kölsch II
Berliner-Weisse Blend for brewing authentic German style ales

3944 Belgian Wit The last two summers at least have seen lots of people brewing Wits. (The recipe list is filling up with them quickly.)

Wits also require Torrified Wheat and because they usually include a very high percentage of wheat and even oats sometimes they will require Wheat Hulls or Rice Hulls to prevent a stuck mash and to aid sparging.

(Sweet orange peel would just be a pure bonus item, too.)

Flaked wheat is nicer

How often do you order from Wyeast? Does it depend on levels of stock you have?
There are a few strains I would like, but prob won't need them til later this year, so if you were ordering again I'd hold off til then.
