they look like a corny but have a coupler fitting. As Silenus says, you need a regulator, gas and tap (swan neck) for it. My father in law puts 2 inside his fridge, has two taps drilled through the door and a gas bottle beside it.
We are buying them for $100 so selling for €80. Making nothing on them, just have no real use for them- a testiment to my poor imagination and shoddy beer making skills.
They retail at about $150-$200 in the states, and are brand new!
