If it's not too inappropriate, can I ask how many zeros the guide price has? I know I should just ring the man, but I'm sure he's plagued with brewheads.
Just thinking about it. Is there a sustainable market out there for a microbrewery with seasonal runs? As in divvy production up between your "house ale" and maybe four specials over the course of each year. Maybe as voted for here, and/or some sort of amateur competition - winner gets their recipe as next production run.
I know the existing microbreweries do irregular specials, but expected seasonal runs might appeal to both the "let's guess the EBC on dat" beernerds as well as generating a bit of interest in different styles for the mere mortal amateur brewers.
