[quote:25i8q1iz]Do you keep a large stock or do these new beers[/quote:25i8q1iz]

Stock(like the space in my shop) I'm afraid is always limited,we do however always carry a core range of products and pretty much always have something new and interesting coming in on a rotational level and on the shelves(or in the storeroom). I stock basically whatever I can get my hands on at any given time but it can be a bit hit and miss as regards availability for a specific item.
Variety is the spice of life, it's not the destination it's the journey that counts.

[quote:3g9n3syn]St. Bernardus Abt 12 750ml 10.5% @ €9.50(The Westvleteren Clone)...[/quote:3g9n3syn]

Is this close to the real thing...im gone off the belgians lately but wouldnt mind tasting somthing in the Westvleteren ball park for the sake of it...especially when not really paying too much...a chep bottle of plonk would set you back a tenner...mmmm blossom hill or a nice beer......decisions decisions

It is very very similar, but not exactly the same, you can tell it is cut from the same cloth so to speak. St.Bernardus used to brew Westvleteren under licence of the monks of St.Sixtus until 1992.
Put it this way it is definitely the closest you will get with any sort of commercial availability and definitely worth a try.
