Apologies again for any unshipped orders, the new warehouse move turned out to be a much bigger ordeal that we could have imagined. We underestimated the sheer size of the task. But it will soon pay of in terms of much much better customer service and faster deliveries.
Last Sunday, we emailed all customers with unshipped orders with a reusable 10 euro voucher code, valid until end March. On Friday, we did the same again.
So if you didn't get the email, your order may have been dispatched but not delivered by the courier, OR you need to whitelist us in your email system.
Can anyone with outstanding orders please PM me their order numbers and I'll prioritize them.
