No two ways about it. If you want a creamy head on your pint of stout the easy way to do it is a beer engine with sparkler.

I can understand Guinness's desire to replicate it, and their motivation for doing so (their solution requires no skills or cellarmanship required, and therefore Guinness own you), but the auld beer engine really is the real McCoy.

Cheers,I am at this moment drinking Monkey Butt brown ale and listening to AC/DC, ZZ Top,and credence clearwater revival,LOUDLY. The wife is cracking up,but hey rock makes you feel like being bad.
