Very much doubt it. The silicon they use is a two part liquid silicon rubber that pours smoothly, without bubbles and voids and then sets up quite hard. You would get yourself into a horrible mess with the silicon in tubes. You can get the molding materials from hobby / craft stores / ebay. Beware 2 part silicon rubber is not cheap!
