New Yorkers in the 70's took over plots of public land to plant veg and herbs. They are still going and are extremely cool. There are like minded folk in the UK who plant tomatoes in roundabouts, cucumbers in verges and so on.

well I'm experimenting with various cuttings from my fuggles to see if they will root. and next year the rhizome will need pruning. I might go out and plant a few to climb up cables etc. guerilla brewing!

Here they are ! hops are growing very fast, after less than a week they look like this :

may be it's italian climate or is it normal from a bare root to see plants after only six days ?
