Well I hinted ye should keep the August Bank Holiday free and
I'm ready for a preliminary announcement .

I'm organising a Beer festival for Peter Curtain of the Burren Brewey in Lisdoonvarna for the August Bank Holiday weekend , and there's been some good interest from the First Few Breweries I've invited ,
Shane from the Franciscan Well is giving me a hand to make sure the Logistics are good, So I'll be in good hands for my first ever festival .
I haven't gotten to contact every brewery yet , but even if the brewers can't come themselves , I'll have a bar on to sell kegs. Hopefully I'll get around to contacting more brewers this week !!
There'll be music all weekend and I'm Sure Peter will have a few tricks up his sleeve to make it a memorable festival !.

There's a good deal of accomodation in Lisdoonvarna , but the August BH is a popular time so start thinking about Booking rooms now ( I've mine booked already at the Burren Hostel , which is a short stumble from the Bar )

The Lee Valley Homebrew club is making the trip this year to Lisdoonvarna their official annual outing , so I'm really looking forward to it in any case .

Well worth it I took the family there for a week last year and we enjoyed immensely
