Well what would help?

Not putting pressure on people to enter the competition would help. If you're trying to encourage people along to the judging event, why not add it to the Beoir calendar?

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm not interested in entering a homebrew competition. That's hardly an act of sabotage. And the same goes for joining the forum: I read too many forums already and [i:1lqw6co9]I'm just not that into home brewing[/i:1lqw6co9].

It looks like you're doing a great job of organising the competition and I genuinely hope it's a roaring success. But it's not for me and I'm a little uncomfortable that my not being involved is somehow being interpreted as a slight on it.

errr- I was at Capital Brewing's first brew day at TOG. Or doesn't that count?
