I've added a placeholder in the calendar for this: link[/url:370rhtwx]. If any of the organisers would rather write and edit the entry themselves, stick it in and I'll remove the placeholder.

Hi , due to work commitments it is unlikely I would be able to attend, would there be a problem with submitting entries and not attending on the night? And if so where and how would the submissions be made?

Yes you can enter your beers and do not have to attend on the night. We are arranging pick up points around the country.
