I've sent an email to them asking this and how much the fee would be if so. I'd imagine that it would possibly be open but that maybe job seekers will take priority, the fact that she asked me to spread the word to other interested parties might indicate that they are struggling to fill the course.

I haven't had a reply about the course being available for non jobseekers. Maybe anyone who's interested could drop them an email themselves, the email address is in the link in the first post.

From the first line of the application form...
"The Taste 4 Success Skillnet provides 100% funding for approved welfare recipients"

I'd say it's not open to people not on welfare.

On closer inspection the course isn't at a good time for me work wise!

Is anyone else going to do it? I'd be interested in hearing if it's any good!
