Yep, excellent barley wine, Nigel. I really liked the smoky-smooth Grodziskie and Padraic's orangey pale ale too.

Highlights for me were Padraic's very easy drinking pale ale and the Grodziskie (tasted like BBQ'd bananas!).

I didn't get to try too much as I showed up late, but the Grodziskie was great (although not authentic without the oak-smoked malt), there was a good Robust Porter going around, Richard's 10 minute Pale Ale was the best flavor for the length of the brew day, and I have to completely agree about Nigel's barley wine; really nice.

Next time i'll show up on time so I can try the chili porters.

Once again great evening! Really enjoyed barley wine and few APA's, also liked chili porter and ginger saison.

Shiny (HopChoc Porter)
Padraic (Pale Ale)
Jacob (Gratzen -=Grodziskie=-, Porter)
KeeganAles (15 minute boil APA)
Saruman - APA and Wheat
These were my favourites especially the banana smokie
chilli porter was f'd up!

Beers were flying a bit too fast alright and probably needed a third bottle as I missed 1 or 2 as they were gone.

My top. Nigels barley wine was my favourite. He laughed in my face when I asked him was there any 2nd runnings left so that must have been good as well <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

it was quite fast alright but I agree with the previous comments that it could have descended into chaos if we didnt get them around.

Windjammer to finish it all off as well.
