I thought the Oslo Porter was good .
Had a sample of 8 degrees bohemian pilsner , and it's very good too .
For shame I didn't get enough time to have a good browse through Dungarvans offerings , ( Tried the Coffee and Oatmeal , but it didn't hit the spot for me)
Metalman had something very nice too ( Windjammer on cask ?)
It was a good festival . Credit to all involved .
The Salthouse though , Great pub . Proper Galway Pub feel , and everything behind the bar Craft . Really shows how it can work when you have a great bar and great beer married ( like the Bull and Castle does , and the Well and Bierhaus do and the Roadside Tavern in Lisdoonvarna does)
If you know what I mean , Real pub , great people , great craic , great staff , great beer . ticks all the boxes .
I think the VFI is gonna start taking note of places like that , and say " why can't we do that too ..."
