Would have a preference for say a monday every week for 3 weeks, and somewhere closer to a Dart Station than ATG (cough).

thats sounds even better. all in 1 day sounds good now too but that is defiantly going to mean a few people who signed up will miss the whole thing

I think it might get a bit overwhelming to try to do them all in one day. I like the suggestion of three or four weekly meetings early in the week.

A quick update!

I just got an email from DHL saying that they have collected the package, I'm not sure when to expect it so I think this Thursday is definitely off as a starting date. If I hear enough screams for a different timetable we can do it but otherwise I'm thinking the first Thursday of each month, June, July and August and I will start arranging a venue in the next few days. (as this is how it was sold to everyone)

Anyway upon someone else's suggestion I kind of like the idea of three weeks in a row, so personally I'd be willing to switch to that format if it got more noise, should I just set up a poll to see how people feel?
