Actually, I've just realised I can't come next week after all, which is stupid of me since I've had tickets booked for ages. I'll have to get a second opinion on my hefeweizen at the May meet up.

I'll take up the mantle of bringing a beer that needs trouble-shooting.
My session bitter has a tang of what I reckon are phenols, which I can only guess might mean wild yeast.
Interested in some more informed opinions.

My stouts also are in need of critical analysis. I have an idea myself what the issues are but would like to hear opinions of the gathering
