I think the fact that Andrew has "snagged" Beoir a table implies that its free!!

Table is free- It's in return of a lot of the 'pro-bono' work that Beoir members have been doing for the festival. So as such I don't think we are getting a free pint out of it.

The instructions I have is that everyone should be at the festival by 7pm though I don't see how they would stop anyone arriving after that given that we've theoretically paid €250 for a reserved table.

Well, it's a Beoir table. However, that doesn't stop your mate from joining (it's only a tenner!)
