We'll be brewing an american style ale . Should be good .
Bottling the stout from two weeks ago as well .

I think it was quite nice. Quite a few interested people and a very friendly atmosphere, even with the cold (that was easy to fix with beer and pizza anyway <!-- s;) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" /><!-- s;) --> )

We bottled about 36 litres of extra stout last night . Looking forward to it in a few weeks time now ....

And a fermenter full of " ruby APA "
