You have until 31 January 2012 to get them brewed and submitted. Details on drop-off points to follow.

Would it not be better if the tasting was done by a larger audience than a judging panel of unrivalled experience who might be judging it on technicalities?

First couple of bottles arrived in to Trouble HQ this morning, I was anticipating that we wouldn't see any until the Christmas madness was over, and so it proved.

Anyway, it lead to me spending the morning repeating the mantra: "not for sampling, not for sampling..."
