Thanks very much for your advice and comment last night guys, I'll be apply the logic with my next few batches. A couple of you were asking about the grain and hop profiles so I've posted the recipes on the all grain brewing section

Sorry for being late, unfortunately I missed a few beers - loved the Apollo as I was unfamiliar with that hop and the Christmas beer from Rubens was a real hum dinger.

Really enjoyed the evening !
