A Galway newbie here! Only got my starter kit about a month ago from HBW.

Most of you on Beoir seem to be fairly advanced - would be up for meeting and sampling some homebrews but not sure if my amateur attempts are ready for public consumption yet!

So far have;
- Brewed, Bottled and Drank: Coopers Canadian Blonde Lager + 1kg Dextrose
- Brewed and Bottled: Finlandia Traditional Ale + 1kg Dextrose + plus 500g extra light spraymalt
- 3.2 Kg All Malt Coopers Brewmaster Irish Stout Kit
- Brewed: Muntons Connoisseur's Wheat Beer 1.8 Kg + 1kg Muntons Brew Enhancer[/list]

Will give my Finlandia ale a taste this evening to see how its going, really looking forward to trying the stout.
