tube Offline Posts: 3438	I don't think it's been formalised but I would have thought 2 people on the stand at a time would be enough. Too many and it might look like we're from FÁS! 2 shifts on Fri, 2 on Sat and 1 on Sunday. As some can do all 3 days, it might only require as little as 4 people to cover the weekend.

andrew Topic Author Offline Posts: 3334	If I did all 3 days, I wouldn't be looking to do them from start to finish. Right now I'm thinking, 4pm to 9pm Friday and noon to 8pm Saturday (with break). With 2 on the stand it works out to be 54 man hours total not counting set up and take down; With 5 currently volunteered that would mean 10+ hours per person.

Early shift on Fri and Sat and all of Sunday could be covered by 2 people. And the late shifts on Fri and Sat covered by another two. (For example)

It allows people to take breaks when they want to, and to go out and enjoy the festival, with everyone dipping in and out the stand as they feel like it and as they're needed.

Basically, if you're available, be there to help.
