Congratulations! It's really impressive how you've expanded over the 12 months and an inspiration to a lot of us.

For those of you who can't make it, perhaps you might be able to make the following weekend, for the Waterford Festival of Food[/url:1kpfxpiz]. There will be plenty going on that weekend, both free and ticketed events.

Amongst other events, on the Saturday afternoon, the 16th we will have a bar in the beer garden of The Moorings, on the quay, selling cask beer.
