Nah, it's a play on Brew Dog's 5am Saint. Had looked at a clone for their hops but at the time i lacked Nelson sauvin so it was a beer vaguely inspired by 5am Saint.

I also brewed that on a marathon brew-day when i brewed 2 all grains back to back. I finished at about 10pm....

Over a few beers might that have been interesting? Probably not

I'm committing to bringing the Bock; the historical porter will wait for next time; I still need to pasteurize it to kill the "wild things" before bottling and then give it extra time to bottle prime.
