I was at the Franscian well on friday night enjoyed the purgatory on cask best beer. Following a long night the bbc will be back at the Well on a saturday over the next couple of weeks.

It was agreed some members turned up to bbc and did not have a community ethos. So it has been agreed among the core members to reinstate the bbc, but a brew subscription of €10 per brew is payable.

is the bulk buy idea still on the cards ? it would add to the club feel if the ingredients were sourced cheaper than everyone buying a lash of hops,yeast and grain.

It's always been an option , though an underused one .

great to see some structure, good going lads, unfortunately though i won't be able to get involved as saturdays are not good for me. any time it may be held on a sunday though i'm there.

open to changing if membership agrees, at this stage we want to get core membership together.From the core membership of lee brewing club we want work from there and keep the community ethos. We do not want a member turning up once and never again, using the equipment and not sharing brews.

So a saturday is not fixed.
