The tasting is down to the host location, and to be honest, we were thinking that we should be bringing business to the locations so we're not taking advantage. That way they'd be more open to having a proper tasting session. The one in the B&C went on longer than I thought, so there wasn't as much direct business for them on that night. That sounds like the way to go. A swap-meet, where perhaps one or two bottles accidentally get opened, as opposed to the full-on tasting as in the B&C.
