To be fair , I'd need to put a continuous loop recording on the doorbell to actually remind her . Or maybe change the ringtone on her mobile to me saying

I had a great night anyway.
I think we ended up with 10 beers to try, some crackers.
We also had 3 Wits(well almost) which was an interesting comparison

Great night, really enjoyed it. Nice range of beers and I can safely say that they were all damn tasty. Learnt a few things too about amber malt, camomile and champagne yeast <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->
Always great to bounce ideas off fellow brewers too.

Credit to the Bierhaus too for letting us take up a table!

Edit: had thought my IPA was a partial mash (most of my brews are), but having checked the recipe it was actually all Extract + Crystal malts.
