Upstairs in the Bull & Castle. We're usually easy enough to spot (lots of small glasses and odd bottles), or the bar staff can probably point us out.

Sage, yarrow, fennel, oregano and heather. Had a taste today after a week, and while I'm fairly sure that something's in there that shouldn't be, I don't think it's ruined.

I tried to put yarrow in a beer and it went wonky. Did you add all these together or at separate stages?
