I'm going to go with the smoked Belgian-style concoction. I'm still not sure what to make of it and would be interested in opinions.

Sounds interesting

This one is ready so I will be bringing DEMPSEYS 1845.

Think I will be mooching, tasted a bottle of my pale ale and it needs a bit more conditioning. My Porter hasn't carbonated yet and the stout I have bottled is a bit of a volcano.
