Unfortunately, I have a document due to a customer on Friday and a bunch of new requirements have been added to it and I'm not sure that I'm going to be able to make it Thursday night; I'm not removing myself from the list as I'm holding out hope that if I sacrifice large amounts of sleep tonight that I can still make it....

I presented a chilli-pepper-secondary-fermentation-treated-chocolate-stout some time ago. Well, I still have some of these bottles knocking about. I will bring a few (read: lame excuse to sample other's recent brewing produce). It's been in the bottle for about 6 months now, so maybe a good follow-up opinion for those who tried it last time.

Latest delivery from the Homebrew Company just arrived and godammit despite nearly bankrupting ourselves we forgot to order any DME for priming. Does anyone have a spare 500g bag that they might bring along to the B&C on this months tasting night that we can take off yer hands please?
Cheers, bighair & grainne[/quote:333dptb6]
I always use glucose from the supermarket for priming.

I'll be late getting in tomorrow as i've got college first. See you all around 9:30
