No what I meant was that we could all meet up there on the same day and possibly stay over night -since up and back from say Cork or Wexford might be a long haul

I think it's fairly safe to say most people will be going for the Saturday. But whenever people are going to be there, they'll generally say in this thread. It's kinda self-organising.
