It is very enjoyable ,

A little different to brewing on your tod , but highly enjoyable ,

I'm drinking the stout I made at the last BBC right now and it's definitely the best beer I've made so far .

Won't make it in the morning or even the afternoon as it's my son's birthday, and we are having a party and I am the main clown, but no surprise there really. Will definitely try to make it in at some point in the evening though. Will bring some of the ale that I made at the last BBC, even though I am not completely happy with it. One hop bag burned onto the element, and another one just bust open, so not sure how much it has effected the taste. Lesson learned in relation to tying hop bags up, so that they don't get near the element, and are easy to pull out. Will also bring some of my hopfen weiss, and some of my dodgy turbo fruit cider.

Wallace, I hope you are going to bring some of that stout for us to try?

Cheers,
Billy.
