Yep, wholesome or healthy. Leann can mean ale or beer. Sounds like a mouthful for an American to order. I must try and get my hands on a couple of bottles.

Ok, [i:1qh7mntm]healthy[/i:1qh7mntm] might be a bad transltion. Healthy as in hearthy, not 'Good for you'.[i:1qh7mntm]Wholesome [/i:1qh7mntm]would be a better description.

A good fun night indeed - thanks to all for making us newbies feel welcome. Hope we can match the high standards set by all the home-brewers next time, or at least avail of some "what did we do wrong?" advice <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

That was a greats nights craic, I agree with n1mbus that it was almost a party atmosphere but everyone seemed to move around the table and there was plenty of brews to share around (with a few Hookers in between). I liked Séan's dampfbier, a style I hadn't tried before and the coffee stout from Hombre Lúpulo, I think that has a lot of mileage as a brew.

Thanks also for your positive feedback on my new commercial ale, hopefully we'll see it on the shelves very soon, in a few Dublin locations.

Great craic alright. Loved the coffee stout, could easily see that selling well in any decent pub. Cant wait for the next one, hopefully we will have more samples available for dissection, discussion and downing!
