Seems so, was funny looking alright. It was pretty cold but the guy was in there, working away, wearing just shorts and wellies - must have still been fairly hot in the mash tun.

Just a heads-up for anyone who liked the look of this: next one is Saturday 7th November[/url:1kt77wnq] and there will probably also be a party at the new branch of Moeder Lambic[/url:1kt77wnq], which looks like it may turn out to be one of the best pubs in Europe.

I've a reading week-seeing as Ive no idea what that is I'm taking the opportunity to go to the publc brewing day and a reaquintance with geater belgium.


The schedule is as below

6.30 to 9.00 Brewing process
9 to 13.00 Filtration and hopping
12.00 to 15.00 Cooking
15.30 Pumping of wort into the cooling tun

So apart from the brewing process what did you guys think was the best bit?
And do you have to pay in twice if you come and go?
