Maybe some slug racing might be the way to go? They could chase beer in the same way greyhounds chase the hare (except slower obviously). Competitors to be provided by AFIM, who appears to have them in training.

All you need is someone to open a book and you'd have drinkin' and gamblin', two of the three pillars of any good night out.

How disposed to this endeavour do you reckon the Porterhouse management would be?

Although last week I made the mistake of telling a chap from Bonn that I thought Kölsch was a bit boring. My son is already formulating beer recipes however, so I probably won't have too much trouble convincing him to traipse around Köln (unlike my wife!), although at three-and-a-half, he's a bit young yet <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->
