Thanks! I'm looking at the 10am train from Heuston, arriving 12.04pm (or maybe the one an hour later), and the 8.55pm back, arriving just before 11pm.

Unfortunately I will be abroad, otherwise, I would be up for it
Trains to Limerick on Saturdays are very reasonably priced
If you plan to recreate the trip on another Saturday let me know

I'll be away but don't forget that Treaty City who looked after us at the Limerick AGM have moved right into the city centre near King John's castle.

Don't think they've moved as such. It looks to be a visitor experience and pilot kit. Will definitely check it out.

Train booked. I went with the 11am in the end, so will be in Limerick just after 1.
