tis on the walkway, canope set up last year, no seating. twas great last year

The location is the street that is called Bloom's Lane, it's the continuation of the pedestrian walkway that joins the millennium bridge that crosses the river liffey to Jervis Street shopping centre. The event will be outside, under a large cover and hopefully some outdoor heating.
We had heaters at the last one, but at a recent wine festival we put on, the city council came down and told us that those gas powered mushroom heaters were illegal in public places, so we're looking at other options...
