That did occur to me that there was no non-alcoholic option for the designated drivers or those that need to ease off for a while.

There was water and vending machines with soft drinks i thought. Shop across the road too.

Ok, never noticed, but then again I wasn't really looking, though I think one of the food stands inside selling Coke etc would have been more visible.

Was there for a few hours on Monday afternoon/evening and had the pleasure of walking into the RDS to James Taylor's "Fire and Rain"...struck me as rather odd

Felt the same, less breweries than expected but had some very good chats with those that I wanted to see. Was disappointed that Trouble announced their 11% triple IPA prior to the event, and then not releasing it until late Monday evening.
