Let's not forget that Easter is early this year, towards the end of March (I presume the Easterfest is on as per usual, yes?).

Hoefully we might be able to have Icb trip to Easterfest. We will have to judge beers again.

Hey guys NEXT MUNSTER ICB MEET SATURDAY 16TH FEB 4 P.M. AT BIERHAUS. Neet / sample / swap / Indulge some of the good beers from Bierhaus.

I have spoke with Rebel and confirmed above meet with Dave in the Bierhaus who is happy to host us again. Suggest we meet at 4 (bar opens at 4!!!). As per original meet there perhaps a little sampling, swapping if people have bottles, have a few beers from the bierhaus and see how it goes from there. We feel overall that a Saturday would be more accessible to people outside of Cork city. It would give people a chance to get buses/trains home later if need be. This is the only possible week-end at the moment as all other Saturdays in Feb / early March the bar will be v.busy with Irish rugby games on TV, all irish games are at 5 p.m. this year and having meet overlapping with same wodl not be on. . Obviously we would love to see as many members as possible. We would also hope to arrange a meet perhaps for the Saturday afternoon of the Beerfest at the Well but hopefully can confirm this in due course. Myself and Rebel think this is the best plan in the short-term. We would hope to plan other meets and are open to ideas re same during the year as well.

Hope this gives you all some notice. We are holding off on the national stout competition for now but any homerbews are most welocme on the day..
