eoinmag Offline Posts: 2784	Interesting. If it leads to an increase in cask ales being sold it can only be a good thing. It's certainly better than the present method of getting the beer to drop bright in a hurry, which is to spray one of the small bottles of mixer lemonade into the cask.

I'm not sure to be honest, but it's a tip that was given to me when I was working in the Queens Hotel in Blackpool years ago by the main cellar man.
