I have to say I enjoyed it a lot. It's not a traditional Dunkel Weisse, too much of a caramel note and not a huge weihenstephan ester profile, but it is a very nice beer.

Must say I reAllY liked tHis beer. Had it iN the Bierhaus yesterday. Don't think I would drink too many in a session but one to savour with a lovely taste. A drink to savour. Well done Aidan and Ronan.

BTW also had a bottle of Tradewinds from Cairngorm there. A really lovely hoppy beer. Kind of similar to Bitter & Twisted. I think I have liked most scottish beers I have had so far!!! Sheepshagger's ale also there but I have not had it yet. Hope Tradewinds stays around for a while!

Still haven't had the chance to get in and taste this - is it likely to have a decent lifespan? (assuming it's a seasonal special...)
