Seeing this post again reminded me of the Stock the Abbots got in early last year, There were only two bottles of Broomfield Ale left there for ages with a Best before date of July 09. I visited in August and noticed they were still there and mentioned to Anton I got them for 1.40 each!!! I think I nipped them ahead of another ICB member!!!

I actually thought it was a lovely malty flavoursome ale. Would def recommend it.

I think there was a fresh batch of all four in Deveney's Dundrum late last year.
