I have to go to Krakow tomorrow for a couple of days with work. Can anyone recommend a good pub in the city centre where I might get a decent beer. I can only have one or two so would like a bit of quality. I am sick of the Zwyiec.

I would add the following;

Beer Gallery Luxury, ul. Sw. Tomasza 30, 31-027 Krakow

House of Beer, ul. Sw. Tomasza 35, 31-027 Krakow

These 2 are on opposite corners as you walk up from North corner of the square (Rynek Glowny). The forst place stocks only Belgians, is very small and resembles a luxurycafé aimed at tourists. Some great beers though including about 5 on tap. The other place is much more vibrant (more pub-ish) with some decent Polish and other beers on tap and good bottle selecion. I really liked this place.

The Beer Gallery place also has a sister ship in the Jewish quarter.

My choice would be Omerta.

Really good selection of polish and world craft beers.

Try anything from Pinta, Artezan, Widawa or AleBrowar breweries...
