The Cliff House in Ardmore had, as has been mentioned, Dungarvan on cask the last few times I've been there (it always seems to be Helvic Gold). They also had the full bottled range of Dungarvan, Trouble Brewing and 8 Degrees (although I ended up drinking them out of Dark Arts...). I think they had some manner of Irish craft cider also.
The bar area of the Cliff House has an amazing open-area with tables outside, on decking, that overlooks the harbour. Absolutely gorgeous in the summer-time. The bar menu there is probably priced more like what people would expect a restaurant to be like, but then again it's a 5-star hotel and the food is coming from a kitchen overseen by a Michelin-starred chef (although I guess he's probably not next nor near food from that side of the house in general).
The House restaurant, adjacent to the bar, is obviously Michelin-starred and (I think) now one of two if it's correct that there's a new star coming to Galway in the near future.
If you like food and are prepared to pay for it The House is easily one of the best restaurants in Ireland. Notably they also do a craft-beer paired tasting menu. I got a run down on it the last time I was there and it appears to be well thought-out.
I also just want to mention that if you're in the area of Ardmore you might also consider driving 45 minutes to O'Briens Chop House in Lismore. Aside from amazing retro-style meat-based cooking (huge beef on the bone etc) they stock a lot of bottled craft beers and again are very on the ball as regards food pairings.
The third and final restaurant that is worth considering in that neck of the woods is the Tannery in Dungarvan. Haven't been there in a couple of years but again, it's a staple in lists of the best places to eat outside Dublin.
Enjoy OP, it's a lovely part of the world.
