My own thought's would be that Ireland needs a lot more styles going into cask than is currently available, and they need to cask more often. Trying to sell the same cask beer over and over is becoming the hardest thing to do regarding Irish Craft Beer(only a few cask beers remain in popular regular demand). The public will mostly only try cask if they haven't had it before as opposed to drinking the same one on a night out.
And before anyone says that there is so much coming in from England, believe me they are far harder to sell than Irish beer and for me, they don't belong in a bar that tries to sell as much Irish beer as possible. Plus they are more expensive than the Irish ones.
There, I said it.
