Just got down to Wexford for the weekend and am looking for some good beer. Walked up and down main street without any joy. Anyone know where the best spot is to hit for a nice brew.

The directory lists Simon's Place, 37 Main Street South for Dungarvan bottles. Other than that try Waterford, or Dublin <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

I saw that on the app and went for a look. My god it looks like a class from my old school. Think I'll keep looking. Getting to the stage I'd take smithwicks pale ale. Might end up going for bottle of macardles off the shelf. So close to metalman but nothing.

The Sky&The Ground (South end of Main St.)may be worth checking. They certainly do Leffe and Fischer Helles and that sort of thing. Been a while since I was there, so dunno if the menu has expanded any. As tube said, Simon’s place has Dungarvan bottles, as does the Greenacres restaurant (North end of Main St).
Other than that, do what I do when home….. nearly everywhere has large bottles of Macardles (off the shelf, of course <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) --> )

If yer looking for an off-licence, Pettits (St Aidans) has a fantastic range.

Very limited to be honest.
The Sky and the Ground, down the very bottom of the main st. has some bottles and a wheat beer tap.
Maggie May's on Monck st. has similar, had rebel red a while ago.
I dont go out much in Wexford, but either of those would be your best chance.
