There's a huge sign outside the (closed) Parnell Mooney pub on Parnell Street advertising a new Gastro pub with craft beers opening soon.

There's a site but seems to be little more than a placeholder:

Is opening today. Hog Roast going at the moment apparently.

From the webpage it looks like it has more LED lights than a council house at Christmas.

Having said that the outside is nice.
